How to submit a JIRA request?

As of 6/23, you can submit tickets(requests) direct to where developers work out of, JIRA. This should let developers reach out to you, the business owners directly if needed and improve response time.

These are the steps to adding a request:

1. Visit the link: https://haymarket.atlassian.net/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?rapidView=56&projectKey=DPT

2. Click on the plus button

3. Fill out/select the following sections:

  • Project should be “Digital Products Team (DPT) by default
  • Issue Type should be “Story” by default
  • Summary/title
  • Product/site
  • Description (Requirements(bullet points work best), Acceptance Criteria and Notes on the requests).

Click Create.

4. You’ll see a popup. Make sure to click this and visit the ticket you just submitted. Please copy and paste the URL(link) so you have it on your records.

5. Your ticket should look like this.

6. Depending on the urgency of this request please do email me([email protected]) as a reminder.

As always, reach out if you have any questions.
